Terms of Service

Basic Terms

  • By ordering a commission you automaticly accept my terms of service even if you haven't read them.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission.

  • You are allowed to use the finished commission however you want as long as you give credit and don't claim it as your work.

  • Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.

  • Commercial usage is NOT available for purchase at this time.

  • The finished pieces will be posted on social media

Process

  • Don't send me any kind of payment before I gave my okay.

  • Provide me references of your characters (unsless otherwise stated)

Customer Satisfaction

  • If I did a mistake on the finished piece I will correct it without any extra charge. However, if the mistake was made because of false/missing information I am not obligated to change it.

Payment

  • I accept Paypal only. Sometimes I'll accept deviantart-points, too, which will be stated if that's the case.

  • The payment must be given before the start of the order.

Refunds

  • If I'm not able to finish the commission you will be fully refunded.

  • You are able to cancel your order at any time. But depending on how much I worked on the commission I expect to receife a certain percentage amount of the original price.

  • If I haven't started yet you will be fully refunded.

Lowpoly

  • You'll get a rendered animation of your 3D modeled character (as GIF and Video) with:

  • Handpainted textures

  • Textured facial details (flat)

Complex Lowpoly

  • You'll get a rendered animation of your 3D modeled character (as GIF and Video) with:

  • Handpainted textures

  • A slightly smoother look (compared to the basic lowpoly)

  • Dynamic facial details (Modeled instead of painted)

  • Advanced rig (for a more complex facial animation)
